Welcome to my website

Reaching out for support can feel daunting, so I’m glad you found your way here.
You don’t have to be going through a crisis or major life event to benefit from having a safe, confidential space to talk and feel truly heard.
I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all process. As a Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a blend of approaches and theories, tailoring them to you and your individual needs.
I will work alongside you, respecting your autonomy and supporting you in an authentic, meaningful way that feels right for you.
My own life experiences have taught me that we all need a place we can put down the mask and simply be ourselves. It can be so difficult when something doesn’t feel right, but you can’t quite find the words. Sometimes, having someone sit beside you without any sort of judgement can make all the difference.

For some people, counselling can be a chance to:

  • Better understand your thoughts and feelings

  • Feel more confident in yourself and your choices

  • Manage stress and difficult emotions

  • Explore relationships and communication

  • Recognise your needs and practise self-care

  • Develop boundaries that feel right for you

  • Be kinder to yourself and develop greater self-compassion

  • Work through difficult experiences or changes in your life

There’s no right or wrong reason to come to counselling, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Sometimes, you just know that something doesn’t feel quite right, and you’d like some space to work out why.

Some of the issues I can support you with include:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Loneliness

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Postnatal depression

  • Low self-esteem

  • Low confidence

  • Work-related stress

  • Burnout

  • Neurodivergence

  • Bullying

  • Abuse

  • Grief and loss

  • Pet bereavement

  • Understanding and managing anger
