I offer online, one-to-one counselling for adults aged 18 and over across the UK. Sessions are 60 minutes and can be arranged weekly or fortnightly. I currently offer counselling only, rather than assessments, diagnosis or other clinical services.
I am not a crisis service. -
What you share in counselling is treated confidentially. However, confidentiality has some important limitations, which we will discuss before we begin.
There may be circumstances where information needs to be shared to protect you or someone else from serious harm, for safeguarding reasons, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
As part of professional supervision, I may discuss aspects of my work with my supervisor. This is done within the bounds of confidentiality, and anonymised where appropriate.
I will always aim to discuss any necessary disclosure with you wherever it is safe and appropriate to do so.

Sessions take place online using a video platform. I’ll send you a link on the day of your appointment using your preferred method of communication, which you can use to join your session.
If the connection fails, I’ll try to reconnect. If we’re unable to do so, I’ll contact you using our agreed method so we can decide whether to continue, rearrange the session, or end the session for that day.

Sessions are £45 for 60 minutes. I’ll send a secure payment link to your preferred method of communication, and payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in your counselling agreement. Reduced or student rates, where applicable, are discussed individually.

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection requirements. You’ll receive my full Privacy Notice alongside the counselling agreement and contracting before you begin, which explains how your information and counselling records are collected, used, stored and protected.

I am committed to providing a professional, ethical and respectful counselling service.
If you have any concerns about our work together, I encourage you to raise them with me where you feel able, as many concerns can often be resolved through open and honest discussion.
If your concerns cannot be resolved, or you do not feel comfortable discussing them with me, you can make a complaint through the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), of which I am a registered member.
You can find information about the BACP Professional Conduct Procedure on the Bacp website.
